weird ear infection?

ok i got my ears pierce 1month ago for the second time in my ear lobe and yesterday i notice a big lump in my left ear when i took it off and look in the mirror to see the back part of my ear, i had this litle black ball stikin out. WTF IS THAT it only hurts a litle when i touch it and its not in my pierce hole is right next to it. oh and when my ear was healin i but hydrogen peraxide and alcohol to clean it (and it hurt like hell)and once when i was putting my shirt it snag my ear ring and it hurt so maybe one of those things had something to do with it wat should i do

It’s dirty and it’s infected. It’ll hurt, but squeeze the pus out and apply an antibiotic.
